Campus Visit Form
The Enrollment Management Institute (EMI) is designed specifically to meet the needs of senior professionals in CACRAO who require a more substantive program. It promotes continued learning with the field of higher educational enrollment management. The Institute is for professionals currently in a middle management position with an interest/desire for senior level positions. It is meant to be a companion to the Annual Conference.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Five years experience in the field(s) of Admissions, Recruitment, or Registrar/Records
Minimum of a BA or BS from a SACS or other Regional accredited institution
Employed by a CACRAO member institution
Institution must be in good standing with CACRAO regarding dues and accreditation
Members who do not satisfy all of the requirements may apply for an exemption
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
Application (part of the CACRAO Annual Conference Registration Form) accepted for candidacy by the CACRAO EMI Program Committee. Deadline for complete application is October 1.
Payment of EMI registration fee of $50 per annual conference, in addition to the annual conference registration fee.
Attendance at 10 EMI advanced track sessions.
Attendance at two CACRAO Annual Conferences and EMI advanced track programs.
Conduct two 6-hour operation review visits with the Registrar and Admissions offices at approved CACRAO member campuses. Available campuses represent a variety of enrollment management experiences at large/small, private/public and two/four-year institutions.
Complete requirements within a period of three years.
Institutional field visits may not be scheduled/conducted prior to the candidate's first attendance at the EMI.
