Vendor Participation Options

The CACRAO Vendor Contract must be signed and returned with payment by October 15, 2007 to reserve exhibit space. Cancellation notice must be received prior to October 30, 2007 in order to receive a refund.

Exhibit fee:  $400.00

  • One booth with one table and two chairs.
  • One conference registration. Conference registration includes admission to all CACRAO events including recognition luncheon and evening hospitality events. For each additional participant, there is a $175 conference registration fee.
  • Advertisement in the conference notebook distributed to all conference attendees.
  • You must be able to provide 400 copies of your advertisement in the following format: 8.5 x 11, front & back copy, 3-hole punched.

Internet-access for exhibit booth: $100.00

Advertising (non-conference attendee): $100.00

You can still support CACRAO if you are not able to attend the conference. The $100 fee allows you to have a one-page advertisement in the conference notebook distributed to all conference attendees. You must be able to provide 400 copies of your advertisement in the following format: 8.5 x 11, front & back copy, 3-hole punched.

  • All sessions have been filled.



Sponsorship Opportunities

Many of our Vendors participate in the life of CACRAO and the annual meeting by sponsoring one or more activities, events, or services. These sponsorship opportunities give our Vendors an additional means of interacting with our membership and of supporting CACRAO. There are many opportunities available this year. These include:
  • Recognition Lunch on Monday
  • Conference Breaks held in the vendor area on Monday and Tuesday
  • Hospitality Monday Evening
  • Main Event Sponsorship on Tuesday Evening
  • Breakfast Meeting on Wednesday Morning
  • Conference supplies such as notebooks, conference badge holders, lanyards, pens, etc.
  • CACRAO Pocket Program Printing
  • Any other possibilities you can think of - we're open to suggestions!!
