Additional Information

Booth information

  • Booths will be located in the exhibit area of the Conference Center.
  • All booths will have one table and two chairs.
  • One electrical power outlet will be provided with each booth.
  • Booth set-up times will be sent to you after reservation is received.
  • All advertising activities must be confined to the exhibit space. The exhibitor will not be permitted to assign, sublet or share space without written consent of the Vendor Relations Chair.
  • Sound and music should be used in a considerate manner so as not to disturb other exhibitors.
  • Nothing shall be pasted, tacked, nailed, or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. Any damage is the responsibility of the vendor.

Additional Exhibit Set Up Costs

One booth, one table, two chairs, and one electrical outlet are included in the $400 Vendor Exhibit Fee. Additional set-up needs may be provided, upon request. Please note an additional fee of $100 for Internet access at your vendor booth.

Liability/Contract

The vendor, on signing the contract, expressly assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and acclaims arriving out of injury or damage to displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation and shall identify and hold harmless CACRAO, or its membership and hotel agents, servants, and employees from all losses, damages and claims.
