August 31 - Registration Deadline
September 7 - Late Registration Deadline (there will be no extensions after this date) **$200 late fee will apply**
Ed-Op Fees
Due to the increased costs of hosting Ed-Op events, fees for individual events have been increased slightly to account for additional operating costs and the overall Ed-Op access fee has increased $100 for 4-yr institutions and $50 for 2-yr institutions. This is the first time we have increased this fee since its implementation.
Regular Registration / Late Registration
In order to accommodate our host institutions with accurate registration lists, the regular registration deadline is Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
Any registrations after this date will incur a $200 additional late registration fee. This fee is for all registrations regardless of membership status. The late registration deadline is Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
CACRAO/StriveScan Partnership
CACRAO is pleased to announce we are continuing our partnership with StriveScan to bring their student barcode scanning technology to all of our college fairs in North and South Carolina. StriveScan will make the experience more efficient and productive for students and colleges, plus provide CACRAO and the Ed-Op organizers with valuable data about the events.
New for 2022 - Scanning is included in your registration fees for all Ed-Op events. There is no additional cost after Ed-Op registration to use StriveScan at any Ed-Op Fairs (no credits necessary). We will continue to work with each individual fair host, with the week coordinators, and with the Ed-Op team to ensure that students will be registered with a barcode to share their information with you. You’ll receive more information directly from StriveScan on set-up, scanning at fairs, and more closer to the start of the circuit.
We know that some institutions may have their own QR code to collect student data. In an effort to create the most positive and seamless student experience, and to provide CACRAO with accurate data on our Ed-Op events, we encourage your institution to utilize StriveScan rather than your own QR code.
