This is an open, drop-in style forum for anyone who is a registrar, works in a registrar’s office, Enrollment Managers, or for our admissions colleagues interested in learning more about how our role integrates into your world.
For the April 2026 Rally, our focus topic will be determined soon. Additional topics are welcome - please include topics of interest to you when you register for the Rally.
Our desire for these gatherings is to connect, share tips and best practices, have open Q&A, and be a space to bring questions, thoughts, and ideas about a situation at your institutions and see how others are tackling similar challenges. We want to create a strong community outside of your home institution where you can connect with others in your profession. Stop by when you can; stay as long as you want.

The CACRAO Registrars Scholarship offers a fantastic opportunity for up to eight CACRAO members to attend the annual meeting with their registration fees fully covered. This scholarship is intended to support professionals working in a records and registration role. To be eligible, you must be employed at a CACRAO member institution and submit a personal statement of up to 300 words. In this statement, please describe your interest and motivation for wanting to attend the CACRAO Annual Meeting and explain how receiving this scholarship would benefit you personally and professionally, as well as your department and institution.
