2026 Registration for SC Ed-Op Programs

The 2026 South Carolina Educational Opportunity registration is now live! We look forward to having your institution participate in one of our programs this year.

Code of Ethics

It is the responsibility of each college or university to inform their representatives of the CACRAO Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics will be in effect at all CACRAO Educational Opportunity Programs, and is applicable to all participating organizations, whether or not they are CACRAO members. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disciplinary actions including, but not limited to, supervisory notification, vacating the event without refund, or expulsion from the Educational Opportunity circuit of the representative or the institution without refund. Schedules are subject to change. It is the responsibility of individual institutions and their representatives to check back regularly for the final schedule as each Ed-Op week approaches.

Important Dates and Deadlines for Institutional Registration

  • Friday, August 28th - Regular Registration Deadline
  • Friday, September 11th - Late Registration Deadline (Additional fees for late registrations)

Additional Registration Reminders

There is a general registration fee that each institution must pay when registering, and each registration should be completed for the institution and not for individual representatives for the institution.

New this year, once you submit payment through the form for the general registration fee, then you'll be provided access to register for CACRAO Ed Op programs in that state. The link will be provided in the confirmation email from your Calendar Access Fee payment.

Registration is required for all Ed Ops. Paying the Calendar Access Fee does not take the place of registering for each Ed Op program, and there is a general registration fee for both states that must be paid to access each states schedule.

When registering for the individual fair programs, each fair has a cost associated with it. Costs vary depending on additional costs required to host the program (rental costs, buses, etc.) and these costs also include your access to StriveScan for use during the college fair program.

CACRAO does not allow multiple table representations from a single institution to participate in the Educational Opportunity Programs (i.e. a table for the institutions admissions office and a table for a college or program at the institution). Only one representative space per institution.

Any updates to the schedule or programs that occur after registration has closed will be communicated on the CACRAO social media accounts, by email, and on the CACRAO website.

If you have questions about any of the programs or registering for the programs, please direct those questions to the appropriate emails; for North Carolina, [email protected] and for South Carolina, [email protected].
